2nd Test: India 544/8 dec (Tendulkar 143, Dravid 111 retd hurt, Dhoni 89) and 2 for 0 beat Bangladesh 233 (Mahmudullah 96*, Ishant 4-66, Zaheer 3-62) and 312 (Tamim 151, Junaid 55, Zaheer 7 for 87) by 10 wickets

India crushed Bangladesh in the 2 match test series 2-0.Dhoni was injured before the 1st test and was replaced as skipper by Virender Sehwag.India was put to bat in the 1st innings and due to collapse of middle order after a reasonable opening stand wasn't cashed.But Sachin's master class helped India score a fighting total.His 105 helped India put on 243 on cards.Bangladesh just managed 242 giving India a 1 run lead.In the second innings Gambhir scored 116 along side half centuries from Mishra,Laxman helped India make a huge total of 413 for loss of 8 wickets,Bangladesh scored only 301 giving 113 run victory.
India marched into 2nd test with its confidence on a high,Skipper MSDhoni was back into the squad after recovering from injury which kept him apart from the 1st test.Batting in the second innings of the match after restricting Bangladesh to 233,India managed a mammoth total of 544 for the loss of 8 wickets and declared the innings at that stage.The main contributers of the innings were Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid who added unbeaten 222 partnership for 3rd wicket which was ended up after Rahul Dravid was retired hurt(for this injury his had undergone a surgery which keeps him 3 months away from the game).Dhoni,later in the innings managed a well compiled 89 which drove India to a commanding position in the test match and also in the series.Zaheer made things quite easy for India by claiming 7-87 in the second innings,this gave Bangladesh only a 2 run lead which was later achieved by a leg-bye.There by India won the match and also the series 2-0.
