Consistent England lifted their first ever trophy in an ICC event
England 148 for 3 (Kieswetter 63) beat Australia 147 for 6 (D Hussey 59) by seven wickets
- English team tasted their first ever title victory in an ICC event under the captaincy of Paul Collingwood.
- Pretty strong England is too good for Australia in the World T-20 Final 2010.
- Aussies batting was not up to mark at the same time English bowling was quite good which played a key role for them through out the tourney.
- From the performances earlier in this years tournament,Australia is mostly dependent on their strong batting line-up.
- English team displayed all-round performance since they entered the Super-8's stage.
